Varieties: Arcadia and Artwork Likes sunshine but can tolerate a little shad.  Plant while soil is still cool and in an area easy to harvest.  Harvest when head is 4""-6"" in diameter.  55-80 days.  If yellow buds form, the broccoli has overripened.  Wash thoroughly or soak in salt water to remove insects.
