Varieties: Sovoy ace, stonehead and copenhagen. Plant in well drained soil.  Water at soil level, avoiding getting the plant/leaves wet and keep consistently moist.  Needs at least 6 hours of sun.  Ready to harvest when head feels solid. Test everyday once it starts to look ready.   Leaves will be tight.  Heads will split open when overripe or if they get too hot.
