This plant will grow in moist soil.  Suitable soil is well drained, sandy or clay.  Leaf colors vary in green, orange, pink, purple, yellow and variegated.  Blooms blue and white.  Usually coleus die soon after allowed to produce blooms.   Keep well pruned of blossoms if keeping as a houseplant.
