Varieties: spearmint, peppermint, chocolate, apple, pineapple, orange, strawberry.

Plant in containers to prevent spreading, or leave plenty of room.  These will spread and take over.  Very easy care once established.  Likes well drained soil, but will adapt to any soil.  Leaves can be harvested while plant is growing.  For larger harvest, don't allow to flower.  Over winter months, transplant small stems into pot to keep in kitchen.
