Varieties: cherry pick, giant marconi, hungarian cheese (mini bell), big bertha (bell).  Plant in well drained soil.  Keep consistently moist by watering at soil level.  Avoid getting the leaves too wet.  Harvest peppers when color has changed or they've reached the recommended size of that variety.  They can be harvested before ripe, but will be less sweet and lack vitamin C.
