This plant tolerates drought and some salt.  Suitable soil is well drained, sandy or clay.  Forms small clusters of blooms of green and white during the Summer.  Let dry out between watering.  Once-twice a month during Summer, once a month during Winter.  Other varieties available: cylindrica, robusta, wintergreen
